치료 분야의 선량 균일성과 페넘브라는 방사선 치료의 중요한 요소이며, 이는 방사선 치료의 결과에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 활성 스폿 스캔 전달 시스템의 190 MeV/u 및 260 MeV/u 탄소 빔의 통합 깊이 선량 분포(IDDD)를 FLUKA 몬테 카를로 시뮬레이션에 의해 측정 및 계산했으며, 이차 입자와 산란으로 인한 선량 분포도 고려하였다. PB의 공간 분포를 적합시키고 비교하는 다양한 유형의 펜슬 빔(PB) 모델. 우리는 PB 다발을 이중 가우스 및 이중 가우스 로지스틱 빔 모델로 20×20cm² 처리 필드를 형성하도록 중첩하고 빔 전달 오류가 필드 평탄도와 페넘브라에 미치는 영향을 각각 계산했다. 시뮬레이션된 IDDD는 측정된 값과 잘 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 삼중 가우스 및 이중 가우스 로지스틱 빔 모델은 시뮬레이션된 선량 분포에 적합하다. 빔 불확실성에서 비롯되는 선량 균일성과 음경에 대한 다양한 영향이 있다. 이러한 결과는 탄소 이온 요법을 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것이며 물리 치료사들은 방사선 요법에서 치료 계획의 커미셔닝 및 최적화에 대한 참조를 제공하는 활성 스캐닝 요법을 위한 빔 특성에 더 친숙하다.
